One minute of audio you transcribe, whether you upload a recording or transcribe live. A typical meeting is 30–60 minutes; the “about N meetings” figures on this page use 45 minutes as the yardstick.
Transcription pauses once the month's minutes are used up, and the allowance resets on the 1st (UTC). You can move to a bigger plan at any time to keep going. Your existing meetings stay readable.
